GrabPay Card is neither a credit card nor debit card. Instead, GrabPay Card is a prepaid Mastercard. That means, you will have to first top up your GrabPay wallet before you will be able to spend on your GrabPay Card.
You will be able to use your GrabPay Card at all your usual restaurants, online shops, supermarkets overseas or in Singapore – basically anywhere that accepts Mastercard.
Use your GrabPay Card at all online and offline stores that accept Mastercard. Also, enjoy GrabPay promos and deals.
When you spend on your GrabPay Card, you will be able to collect GrabRewards Points – up to 6 points per $1 spent.
You'll be able to automate your GrabPay wallet top up and track your spending on your GrabPay account.

Your GrabPay Card number and details will not be printed on the physcial card. Instead, only you will be able to see your card details in your Grab app
If you pay your monthly phone bills with your GrabPay Card, you will get to enjoy free Mobile Phone Protection coverage
Set a spending budget and strictly top up that amount to your GrabPay Card. Then, receive real-time notifications on your expenditure and balance
If you're not a Grab user yet, download the Grab ride-hailing app on your iOS or Android mobile device. Then, sign up and register for a Grab account.
If you're already a Grab user, open your Grab app, click on "Payment" from the bottom menu. Then, go to your GrabPay wallet and select "Get your GrabPay Card now".
Follow the instructions on the app to complete your digital GrabPay Card application. Afterwards, do remember to top up your Grab wallet to start using the GrabPay Card.
Now that you've activated your digital GrabPay Card, you can then request for a physical GrabPay Card via your Grab app You will have to pay a S$10 or 5,000 GrabRewards points as deposit.
You will then have to verify your mailing address, and you will receive your physical GrabPay card between 7 and 10 working days.
If you can't seem to find the option to "Request Physical Card" in your Grab app, fret not. The physical GrabPay Card function is still in the midst of launch and not everyone has access to this option just yet.
