If you need to cancel your travel plans, please consult the “Unforeseen Events for Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption” portion of your insurance policy to see a list of reasons for Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption that may be covered, along with General Exclusions from coverage. You are encouraged to file a claim if one of the covered reasons could possibly apply to your situation as you may be eligible to be reimbursed for your unused, non-refundable, pre-paid trip costs if you need to cancel your trip.

- No. Starr travel insurance plans do not offer pet care coverage as an add-on and no reimbursement will be given if your flight back to Singapore is delayed (if it causes you to incur additional kennel or cattery fees for your pet).
- Yes, if you are abroad you will receive up to $7,500 for loss of or damage to your baggage and personal belongings, and you can claim up to $1,200 for emergency purchase of clothing and toiletries due to baggage delay for more than 6 hours.
