Property tax is a type of tax on the value of a specific property. Every rightful owner is required to pay this tax even when the residential property is vacant or rented out.

Fulfilling your property tax obligation can be quite daunting, but the steps are fairly easy especially when you already have an idea of how much you need to pay for after using our Property Tax Calculator. At the end of each year, you should receive your tax bill from IRAS for the following year. Then you need to make sure that you complete your payment by 31 January of each year.
