- A 1-for-1 buffet promotion means that, for every paying diner, another person gets to enjoy the buffet for free. For example, if you come in a group of 4, you will be billed only 2 people’s worth. As long as you come in an even-numbered group, this results in effectively up to 50% savings. You may need to pay service fees for the “free” diners, though, and there’s usually a maximum number of guests per booking.
