AXA is currently running a travel insurance promotion for their single and annual multi-trip plans. You’ll get to enjoy 50% off on your single trip or 55% off on your annual multi-trip travel insurance policy.
You have 2 options when filing a claim through AXA. You can either submit your claim online, or download the claim form from their website and mail it to AXA’s office. Keep in mind that you must complete and submit the required documents within 30 days after you return from your trip. After you submit all the requirements, a claims specialist will review your documents and contact you for any additional documentation. Once approved, the payment will be settled immediately.

To cancel your AXA travel insurance policy, you must provide 7 days’ written notice. If you’re cancelling a single trip policy, you’ll be granted a full refund of the premium as long as the premium is above $25 and no claim has been paid yet. In the case of annual cover, you’ll be refunded based on the unexpired period of insurance and only when the amount to be refunded is at least $25.
