This was the second time I signed up for an HSBC credit card through MoneySmart. The first time was about three years ago, and the second time was earlier this year. Both times, MoneySmart was punctual, responsive, and proactively kept me updated on my rewards status, without me having to chase them and with no ridiculous excuses given for delays. In fact, there were no delays. Sorry to say, but my experience with SingSaver last year was exactly the opposite, and I no longer trust SingSaver. Keep up the good work, MoneySmart!
