Meanwhile, 5X rewards points apply to eligible local dining transactions spent in SGD.
The SCB Rewards+ Card’s bonus 10X earn rate is on par with Citi Rewards’ 10X rewards points and the UOB Lady’s Card’s 10X UNI$ per $5 spend—both equivalent to 4 miles per dollar (mpd) on eligible online transactions and enrolled category, respectively. In that sense, the SCB Rewards+ Card offers broader earning potential with fewer merchant restrictions, awarding 10X points on eligible overseas retail, travel, and dining worldwide.
Notably, the SCB Rewards+ Card’s interest rate is also similar to the Citi Reward Card, standing slightly higher at 27.9% p.a. as compared to the UOB Lady’s Card.
