- Homes Essential is a newly launched product that caters to both HDB and condominium home owners. Formerly known as Enhanced Public Housing Content Insurance (EPHCI).
- Bill Relief Protector covers utility bills in unforeseen events including retrenchment.
- Covers loss or damage to your household contents, renovations, fixtures and fittings that are caused by the insured perils listed in the policy wording, including fires, explosion of domestic appliances and more.
- Protect your home and its contents, including your belongings, valuables and renovated items, against insured perils.
- Covers loss or damage to the building arising from insured perils.
- Get help with expenses for alternative accommodation if your home is too damaged to live in.
- Get up to S$150 worth of HomeCare Services, thrice a year, for everyday emergencies such as locksmith, electrical assistance, plumbing, pest control and air-conditioner repair services.
- Covers you and your immediate family members who may be held personally and legally liable for accidental death, bodily injury or accidental property damage to a third party.
- Covers accidental death benefit for you and your spouse (65 years and below).
- Sign up for GIRO billing with the convenience of auto-renewal, so your home is always protected.
- This policy is protected under the Policy Owners' Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
