Log into your MoneySmart account so you can submit a claim
Please enter your Unique Redemption Code provided by American Express in the e-Redemption Letter when filling up the claim form.
Please submit your claim within 6 weeks of receiving your e-Redemption Letter from AMEX.
Please note that gift will typically be fulfilled approximately 2 months after your claim form submission.
