    What are New-to-bank account holders?

    A New-to-bank card holder does not hold any products with Citibank and has not cancelled any Citibank cards or terminated any Citi Plus relationship in the past 15 months, at the time of submitting the application.

What you need to know

1. Get $50 Cash via PayNow when you start a new Citi Plus banking relationship during the Qualifying Period

2. Open an Eligible Bank Account within one (1) month from application

3. Get an additional $100 Cash via PayNow OR an OGAWA Black Claw Head Spa Massager (worth S$188) when you deposit a minimum sum of S$20,000 AUM, comprising of fresh funds, into the Eligible Bank Account within 2 calendar months of account opening, including the month of account opening and maintain the minimum sum of S$20,000 AUM until 31st March 2024

   What are "Fresh Funds" and "AUM"?

   “Fresh Funds” means a deposit of funds from outside of Citibank (Singapore) into the account. “Assets Under Management” refers to the combined balances held in a customer's primary accounts including Citibank checking and savings account, time deposits and investments. Funds credited into cash management accounts will not count towards Assets Under Management.
