MSIG Easy Lounge is a complimentary benefit for Singapore travellers who purchase an eligible MSIG TravelEasy travel insurance plan. This feature provides you and your companions with access to a global network of over 1,700 airport lounges when your registered flight experiences a qualifying delay. 

The purpose is to make unexpected travel disruptions more comfortable by offering a quiet and relaxing space while you wait.

Key details:

  • Eligibility: Available to MSIG TravelEasy (including TravelEasy Pre-Ex and TravelEasy Flex) policyholders.

  • When lounge access is triggered: If your registered flight is delayed by at least 90 minutes.

  • Advance registration required: You must register your flight online at least 24 hours before your departure using the unique redemption code provided after your policy purchase (MSIG Easy Lounge).

  • Number of companions: Up to 5 travel companions on the same flight can access the lounge with you.

  • Lounge voucher delivery: Once a delay is confirmed, you’ll receive a lounge access QR code or digital voucher by email and SMS, valid for 24 hours.

  • Lounge network: Lounge access is provided through the LoungeKey™ network, giving you a choice of more than 1,700 locations worldwide.

  • Usage limits: For single-trip plans, you can register up to 5 flights; for annual plans, up to 20 flights during the policy period.

  • Amenities: Most lounges include refreshments, Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating, subject to each location's availability.
