Can I redeem SmartRewards if I do not have enough points?
You'll need enough SmartPoints to redeem your chosen reward—but don't worry! If you're short on points, you can purchase additional SmartPoints from the Rewards Store. This way, you can still get the reward you want without waiting to earn more points.
However, do note that some rewards (especially certain point conversion products) do not allow top-ups, so you'll need the full earned SmartPoints amount to redeem those items.

When will I receive my redeemed rewards?
If you redeem a physical product, the standard delivery time usually takes up to 21 working days after we receive your order. Kindly note that these are just estimates, and actual delivery dates may vary depending on external factors beyond MoneySmart and the courier’s control.
If you redeem digital vouchers, the voucher will be sent to you within 7 working days via email upon payment completion.

Can I request for an exchange/refund of my redemptions?
Unfortunately, all redemptions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you received defective items, they will be covered by the merchant's warranty, and you may initiate your replacement through the merchant.

SmartPoints are usually processed within 4 to 5 months after the campaign ends.

Can I submit a claim form first before spending or activating a credit card?
Certainly! You can submit a claim form once you have the Application Number (Unique Reference Number) from the financial partner. It's strongly encouraged to submit the claim form before spending or activating, as doing so is a criterion for eligibility for the sign-up gift in most of MoneySmart's campaigns.
I already have the product/credit card but did not apply through MoneySmart. Can I still claim the SmartPoints and redeem rewards?
No. Unfortunately, you won't be eligible for the reward if you apply for a product outside of MoneySmart. To qualify for SmartPoints or sign-up gifts, you must apply for the product directly through MoneySmart and adhere to the campaign requirements.
