Compare UOB PRVI Miles Card vs. Standard Chartered Journey Card vs. HSBC Revolution Card

Besides the UOB PRVI Miles Card, others like the Standard Chartered Journey Card and HSBC Revolution Card are among the many air miles credit card options you would have seen on MoneySmart’s online credit card comparison wizard.

As we make a quick comparison of these 3 credit cards, you’ll realise the differences in the key factors including the interest rates, annual fees, minimum annual income requirements and air miles benefits.

Considering that the UOB PRVI Miles Card features the most generous amount of welcome air miles — 50,000 welcome air miles upon annual fee payment and minimum spend requirements, it also charges the highest annual fee among these 3 cards.

Moreover, the UOB PRVI Miles Card boasts above-average earning rates, providing 1.4 miles per dollar spent locally and 2.4 miles per dollar spent overseas and promotional rates for Expedia and Agoda which entails a very attractive 6 miles per $1 spent.

In a nutshell, you’ll be able to maximise all the benefits that the UOB PRVI Miles Card has to offer if you’re a frequent traveler who chases miles with no cap on earned miles, but if you’re planning to travel lesser in the coming months or years, perhaps the other 2 cards are more worthwhile.
